Hi, if you set up a Fresh Start Trust,
you could work for the LLC or corporation
inside of the Trust. Then you would contract
with the financial group to contract with
your LLC rather than with you. All earnings
to to the LLC and you work for the LLC.
The LLC pays for your 401K, your medical
plan, and a small wage to you. This wage
would be subject to garnishment but in many
states if you have a hardship they can't
garnish.
This is very cool beans, because it means you
can control in many cases how much, or
whether, they can go after your wages.
This is part of what we're talking about
Tuesday on the exclusive invitation-only web
training with my attorney guest.
Here's what you'll pick up on Tuesday:
* How to take your business, and protect it
against divorce, bankruptcy, lawsuit or
foreclosure
* How to protect real estate you buy or flip
so it isn't taken away
* How to legally overcome the "fraudulent
conveyance" issue (the 800 pound gorilla in
the room that asset protection experts NEVER
talk about)
* Here's how you can take your existing
employment relationship and prevent
garnishment of your wages and salary
* The exact legal structures you will want to
use -- and why an LLC is totally the wrong
entity -- how to add the secret sauce that
makes an LLC a powerhouse of asset protection
* What to do if you are sued, or thinking of
going BK -- do this right NOW and you could
profit tremendously (and legally) instead of
losing out
* This secret of "ex spouses" and "ex
partners" that makes life a LOT easier in the
face of litigation or divorce
If you have been on my Super Trust calls, you
KNOW how informative my web trainings are.
If you have or haven't, you will pick up such
a huge amount that you will feel better about
life and your financial future.
Just attending this will bring you huge peace
of mind.
You will KNOW that it is going to be okay --
even if you have active litigation against
you
Even if you have law suits aplenty and even
if you have ten short sales and five
foreclosure actions and a spouse that is
leaving you...
